the one nice thing about being broke is that in time of financial crisis (like now), you don't have any money to worry about since you were already broke to begin with. and regardless of how the stock market financialates, you will be eating boiled eggs anyway.
and i've thought about maybe learning to farm, instead of all that grad school and bschool intellectualifized maximizumal upsidation shit.* because then when society inevitably collapses, at least i will know how to work the land with my bare hands. and i will have like corn and carrots and probably fruit to barter for whatever i need in life. like your 60inch plasma tv.
